4 ✕ 10 crunches
4 ✕ 10 band pull aparts
4 ✕ 20-30 second plank
Workout 2-
Yoga also works great for light strength training, so you can use the yoga videos above or ones you find on your own for both light strength AND cardio workouts
Workout 3-
3 ✕ 7-10 dumbbell row
3 ✕ 10 lunges each leg
3 ✕ 7-10 flies (this is where you have a weight in each hand; have your hands at your side, then slowly raise them until you make a t shape with your body, then slowly lower them back down)
