He will appear in one more MCU movie after that and there is speculations that he will make an appearance in other Marvel movies such as the Avengers.

Celebrities took to social media to emphasize their excitement. Holland, who plays Spider-Man, was psyched about the news, posting a clip from The Wolf of Wall Street that gained over five million views on Instagram. Zendaya, Spider-Man’s co-star, also took to Instagram, posting a video of an animated Spider-Man dancing to show her excitement. By posting this, fans had confirmation that Spidey was not leaving anytime soon which left fans relieved.

The door remains open and fans are excited to see what’s next for the future of Spider-Man.
