AP Euro - If you are in AP Euro then most likely you are a sophomore taking your first AP class. There is a 50/50 chance that you are either: someone who is very into history and likes to memorize things, or someone who just wants to get AP credit for their GPA to look good to colleges. Depending on which one you are, you could be perceived as pretentious (we all know that history nerds are pretentious). Nonetheless, we wish you well on the AP test!
AP Biology - If you are taking AP Biology… you’re probably barely surviving. Known for its rigorous coursework and impossible tests, AP Biology sits at one of the most difficult APs. If you take this class then there is a high possibility that you are planning on pursuing something within the science field, and this class prepares you for the pain and suffering you’ll endure as a STEM major. However, if you are taking this class just for the GPA boost, you’re insane and are probably currently regretting your decision.
AP United States History - Ah yes. AP United States History. Most people are probably taking this AP, regardless of their intended major, and while this is one of the harder AP classes due to the sheer amount of knowledge needed for the tests, it is a pretty standard class. If you take this class you are most likely someone who wants to introduce some academic rigor into your life and are planning on dedicating a decent amount of time to the class. However, to those who have piled on APUSH on top of another time-consuming class, I wish you the best… truly.
AP Psychology - If you take AP Psychology, which you most likely do because everyone and their mom takes AP Psych, you are someone who thought you could learn about psychological tricks to get your crush to like you but ended up learning about the parts of the brain and failing a few tests. Don’t worry, many people were deceived by the class as it was almost too good to be true. Additionally, you are likely a person who also wanted to test the waters with an “easier” AP but ended up pulling all-nighters trying to memorize a stack of flashcards.
AP Statistics - If you are taking AP Statistics, I can 100% confirm that you hated math growing up. There is a reason that AP Stats is known for the math class that isn’t even really math. With all the reading and analyzing, might as well be an English class. If you’re currently in this class then you are probably a humanities student who is just trying to fill a math requirement while not sacrificing AP credit. I know what you’re doing, and it's quite smart actually.
AP English Literature - If you’re taking AP Lit, you most likely also took AP Lang. Honestly, anyone and everyone takes this class, literally. You are either one of two students: someone who genuinely enjoys English or someone who just wants their GPA to look good. There is no in-between. Or you love Ms. Fallon.
