The winter season is a cold time–well, colder than usual here in Glendora. When the icy winds wrap around you, and the winter blues start coming along, there’s nothing you want more than a nice warm blanket and a roasting fire. Sadly, sometimes reality doesn’t let you have such a comforting moment. The blanket’s too thin, the fire fizzles out, and you feel all alone. Thankfully, games, movies, and books can give us the same comfort a fire does. Here are some of our recommendations–plus, a little treat to enjoy them with!
Animal Crossing: New Horizons with a cinnamon latte. The cozy warmth of the drink mirrors the game’s heartwarming community-building, and the touch of spice matches the seasonal delight of designing your dream village.

Pride and Prejudice with strawberries and cream. The sweetness and smooth textures of this combo reflect the charm and romance of Elizabeth and Darcy's journey.

The Great British Bake Off with lemon drizzle cake. The zesty flavor is a cheerful companion to the whimsical, sometimes tense, yet heartwarming baking competition.

Stardew Valley with a bowl of hearty vegetable soup. The rustic comfort of the soup echoes the game’s focus on farming, friendship, and finding the joy in simple tasks.

Gilmore Girls with a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. The sweetness of the drink mirrors the series’ quirky humor and the warm, comforting dynamics of Stars Hollow.
