⅔ cup (151 g) unsalted butter
5 ounces (142 g) semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
¼ cup (21 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (130 g) all-purpose flour, sifted
Green Food Coloring
White Frosting (any kind)
M&Ms (any kind)
Melt the chocolate and butter over a heated pot in a heatproof bowl. Put the cocoa powder in the bowl after everything is melted, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
In a separate bowl, put eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt together. Then put the cocoa mixture made over the stove with this one.
In a pan of any size, pour the brownie mixture and heat the oven to 350. Bake for 25 minutes.
