Glendora Varsity Football to Tackle the First Round of C.I.F. Against Burbank Bulldogs

Glendora Tartans varsity football takes on the Burbank Bulldogs this Friday, November 2, at Citrus College Stadium at 7 p.m.

Burbank’s national rank is 3047 and their state rank is 236. They ended their league season with a 6-1 record. Meanwhile, the Tartans' national rank is 952, state rank is 92, and they ended the league season undefeated.

The boys have been practicing all week to prepare for their first C.I.F. game. Everyone is pumped and ready to leave it all on the field, especially the seniors as it is the beginning of their last shot at C.I.F.

“We all have been practicing hard and this is our first C.I.F. game so we want to be prepared” says senior Will Jordison.

Whoever wins this game will go to the second round of C.I.F. on November 9 and play either Diamond Ranch or Apple Valley.

Do not forget to wear black this Friday to support our varsity football players as they tackle the Bulldogs.
